2010-2011 KCSH School Grant Application

The links below provide access to the 2010-2011 Kansas Coordinated School Health grant application. The documents have been revised to incorporate the application and action plan into one convenient submission. The first link is to the instructions which includes a timeline, funding levels, and a very helpful Tier-at-a-Glance that should assist in determining the appropriate level for which to make application. The other four documents are the applications/action plans for the four grant levels: Planning, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Completed applications are due October 1.
